TERMS & CONDITIONS
Apartments
- Minimum stay 2 nights.
- 25% of the price is paid in advance on confirmation of reservation.
- For cancellations in excess of 30 days prior to your stay, your full deposit will be refunded, minus €50 cancellation costs. For cancellations between 15 and 30 days prior to your stay, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit, minus €50 cancellation costs. If you cancel within less than 15 days prior to your stay, there will be no refund. If you change the reservations dates this will be seen as a new reservation and the cancellation conditions will apply.
- Water, electricity and gas expenses are included in the price.
- Cleaning after departure is included in the price and for stays of longer than one week this includes a weekly cleaning.
- You will be asked by the owner to sign a contract for your stay stating that you will be responsible for any damaged or missing furniture or any other defects that were not in the apartment on your arrival.
- Sometimes the owner requests a deposit and this will be returned when you leave the apartment.
- Bedding, towels and kitchen accessories are property of the apartment and should not be removed.
- You may enter the apartment after 4pm.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of €20 if you arrive after 9 pm.
- The apartment must be vacated before midday on the day of departure.
- Only the maximum amount of persons indicated in the apartment description may use the apartment, excluding children less than 2 years old.
- Animals are not permitted without receiving special permission from the owner.
Restaurant Bookings
- 25% of the total price is paid in advance on confirmation of reservation of service(s).
- For cancellations in excess of 30 days prior to reserved day (s) of reserved service(s) your full deposit will be refunded, minus €50 cancellation costs.
- For cancellations between 15 and 30 days prior to reserved day (s) of reserved service(s), you will be refunded 50% of your deposit, minus €50 cancellation costs.
- If you cancel within less than 15 days prior to reserved day (s) of reserved service (s), there will be no refund.
- If you change the reservations day (s) of reserved service (s) this will be seen as a new reservation and the cancellation conditions will apply.
- The remainder 75% of the total price is paid one week in advance of the reserved days (s).
